Our team arrives with fabric and material samples, takes precise measurements, and walks you through every option. For remote clients, we guide you through the same process over video.
Step 04
We confirm your order, manufacture your piece (typically 6–8 weeks), and then deliver and install it in your home — fully set up, exactly as planned.
Questions
Do I need to visit a showroom?
No — we don't have a showroom. For clients in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik and nearby regions, our team visits your home with samples. For clients elsewhere, we offer video consultations.
What happens during the in-home consultation?
Our team brings fabric swatches and material samples, takes measurements of your space, discusses your preferences, and recommends pieces that work for your room. There's no obligation at this stage.
How long does delivery take?
Most pieces are made to order and take 6–8 weeks to manufacture. We'll confirm the lead time for your specific piece after the consultation.
Do you handle installation?
Yes. Because our furniture is custom and often substantial in size, our team handles delivery and full installation — ensuring everything is placed and set up correctly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the US, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia, and most countries worldwide. International clients go through our video consultation process. Shipping costs are discussed at enquiry stage.
Can I customise dimensions or fabric?
Absolutely. Customisation is the core of what we do. Dimensions, fabric, finish, and material are all finalised during your consultation.
